well it had to happen; It started raining this morning at about 6.00 a.m. We left Blenhiem and drove to Westport and it came down in stair-rods all day. This was a dissappointment as we travelled through some amazing scenery if we could have seen it. The cloud was low as the pictures will show. The journey was through a river valley and meandered through the mountain. When we got to Westport the Sun showed for a while so we are hoping for a better day tomorrow.
