D minus 2 days. Everything is ready hopefully.

1 Month to go

One month; 1st Jan 2009 is the begining og our adventure. We depart Heathrow for South Africa as the begining of a once in a lifetime trip. I am not giving any more details at this time but with effect from the 2nd Jan there will be a daily update with hopefully some pictures so keep up to date by logging into this page.
All preparations are 'fingers crossed' completed. So heres looking forward to seeing you reading this regularly.

Preparation Stage

It is difficult to believe that it is now only 6½ weeks until our departure.
The injections have all been completed and it is now a case of deciding what and how much to pack.
Christmas will occupy part of the remaining time and we are looking forward to that.
