Today we were up and off at 7.00 A.M. The Sun was not up as dawn appears to be later in these parts. We travelled roads and through scenery which cannot be truly described.
We crossed the Chile/Argentinian border at a height of 1,80-0 Meters and it was cold up there.
As we were travelling Eastward most of the day the Sun did not help with pictures and neither did a fast mooving vehicle. I have scrapped approx half that I took and I am hoping that the selection provided will give all of you something to comment on.
We did not do anything further today; 4.30. P.M. when we arrived here. Tomorrow we will see what Mendoza has to offer.
Meanwhiole heres hoping that all are well.

Missed your text last night - sounds like you are having a wonderful time. Can't wait to get home to see the pics - nasty work internet still won't let me see them! Will be home this evening if you are online we can try a skype. Speak to you soon, lots of love Kath xx
A spectacular journey thro' the Andes. Your photos have turned out great - the colours of the rocks in DSCN1186.JPG are tremendous. Good focus (auto?) and a steady hand with the Coolpix S560 are making a great record of your travels.
Enjoy and continue to amaze your loyal followers.
All the best, Pat
