Todays missive is brief. Left Hammer Springs this morning in drizzly rain and a tempreature of approx 15 degrees. We have now arrived in Picton and it is a balmy afternoon of temp in mid 20's. Catching Ferry back to north island tomorrow. Did not make it down to Dunedin or Milford Sound. That will have to be another time.

...well, technically it's the 19th now ;)
It's 4.50 in the morning as I write ye, and I would like to let Kathleen know what I was up to...
I was at the Arts Ball tonight Kathleen! My final year, final ball...that's what I needed my camera for! ;) It looks like Ed is keeping ye well in pics though! :)
Mam was delighted to hear from ye :) Hope ye got back to the North Island ok! Bring me back a hobbit from NZ! ;)
