What a Difference a Day makes

1st Jan 2009 we get up in U.K. to minus 1Degrees. 2nd Jan we get up to round 75 degrees.

Flight down to Jo.Burg was great with the Ladies enjoying champagne on the top deck. Seats like beds and real cutlery to boot. Loads to eat and drink. Kay says Ryan air is now obselete.

Flew on to Durban and I slept all the way. Collected 'car'; got a free upgrade to an 8 seater minibus so there is no dispute as to who sits where. Drove to St Lucia which is a long way but that is another story. Settled into apatrtment. Lizards in apt but this did not present a drama. Went to dinner at the Carousel; the Ribs were huge. Home and early bed. Today is leisurly day exploring the local area and making plans for the rest of the week.

Unfortunatly we are not in range of mobile internet for laptop at this time so I am unable to upload pictures. This installation is from an internet cafe.

Wlii produce installments over the coming days.

Dear Ed and Kay
Now that the Christmas madness is over I will follow your travels with delight.
Grahame is outside clearing up the garden. He thinks I am putting away the Christmas decorations.
Actually I am writing to you guys and drinking coffee!
Wishing you both a Happy New Year and the adventure of a lifetime.

Will follow you with interest.

Lots of Love
