Some months ago I and a friend visited "The Southbury" in Enfield. On that occasion the experience was good and when going out with 3 other friends on Tues 14th Aug I had no hesitation in suggesting The Southbury based on my previous experience.
To say that I was shocked would be an understatement; It took in excess of one hour from order to food on the table; The food was cold; the steaks were over cooked; Some dishes were not as ordered; and one member of our group ordered the "Boneless Ribs", what was served could not be classed as dog food. When we asked to speak with the manager he did not respond until asked for a number of times. The excuse then was that the restaurant had suddenly got busy. Based on our experience on 14th this 'busy' spell will be short lived as we will certainly not be patronizing this establishment again.
